Caister School of Dance is a small but very friendly dance school that has been operating in Caister on Sea for over 20 years. We offer high-quality teaching by qualified and caring staff, focusing on helping students gain the many benefits of learning to dance. Whether you're looking to prepare for ISTD examinations or simply enjoy the experience, our bi-annual shows and classes cater to dancers of all levels.
We offer ballet lessons to students from 3 right through to adults. Students can be entered into ISTD exams or participate purely for fun. Ballet is essential to gain a high standard of technique, artistry and musicality .
We offer Tap lessons to lessons from 3 right through to adults. Students can be entered into ISTD exams or participate purely for fun. Tap is perfect for developing a sense of rhythm and making music with your feet.
We offer Ballet lessons from students 3 onwards. Students can be entered into ISTD exams or participate purely for fun. Modern is a mix between jazz, contemporary and lyrical and it develops a sense of performance and confidence.
Jazz is for students aged 11 onwards, developing the skills they have learnt in Modern. Students can be entered into the ISTD Jazz Award exams, or just enjoy learning new skills such as leaps, kicks and turns.
Musical Theatre is for students aged 6 onwards. In our musical theatre classes, students will develop the 3 disciplines, Singing, Dancing and Acting. Musical Theatre classes help improve stamina, confidence and performance skills.
Dancercise is an Adult dance fitness class. We dance to fun music, and easy movements, making working out feel effortless. Come to feel fitter, have some fun, and make friends.
